Shipping Policy – Natural Care Doc

Thank you for supporting Natural Care Doc. We take pride in preparing and shipping your wellness products with care.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

If there are delays due to backorders or seasonal demand, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped, depending on carrier and location.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Phoenix, Arizona, by appointment only. You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, shipping carriers assume responsibility for delivery.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at naturalcaredoc@gmail.com within 5 business days. Please include your order number and photos so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping, but plan to expand in the future.
