Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our teas, wellness products, and consulting services are customized, perishable, or digital in nature, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.

For in-person or virtual services, appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the service fee or deposit.
