Founder’s Note

Rest Ritual was born on the nights before my medical school exams — when my mind wouldn’t shut off, melatonin left me groggy, and I desperately needed deep, restorative sleep without dependency.

I blended herbs that quiet the mind, soothe GABA pathways, relax tension, and support a natural parasympathetic shift. It became the first nighttime ritual that actually worked for me… and later for my classmates and clinic patients who struggled with stress, insomnia, and overthinking.

Rest Ritual helps you unwind gently, slow your thoughts, and sleep deeply — in a way that feels safe, natural, and sustainable.

Ingredients

Melissa officinalis (lemon balm, leaf), Passiflora incarnata (passionflower, herb), Matricaria chamomilla (chamomile, flower), Lavandula angustifolia (lavender, flower), Scutellaria lateriflora (skullcap, herb).
Caffeine-free.

Affirmation

“I release the day with gratitude. My body softens, my breath deepens, and peace surrounds me.”

Your Ritual

Hold your cup with both hands. Inhale for four, exhale for six—three times. Let warmth signal safety and rest.
