What is R&R Ear Seed Bar?

Ear seeds gently stimulate specific auricular acupressure points. The goal is to support regulation of the stress response, recovery pathways, and common functional patterns (sleep quality, digestion, focus, cravings, tension).

Each session is brief and intentional — perfect before or after class, during community events, or as a simple reset that fits real life.

How long do the seeds stay on?
Most people keep them on for 3–5 days. You can remove them sooner at any time.
How do I use them after my session?
Press each seed gently 2–3 times per day, or when symptoms arise (stress, cravings, tension, etc.).
Who should avoid ear seeds?
Avoid placement if you have an active ear infection, open wounds, severe irritation, or known adhesive allergy. If you’re pregnant, we can modify point selection.
Is this medical treatment?
This is a wellness service using auricular acupressure. It is not a medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical concern, consult your licensed healthcare provider.
Do you offer private events?
Yes — private events, bridal parties, corporate wellness, and community nights are available by inquiry.
